These messaging terms apply to Imperial Auto Lab LLC, operating as Imperial Auto Lab at 11700 S Military Trl, Suite 309, Boynton Beach, FL 33436.

What you can receive

With your applicable permission, our team may text or email you about your requested vehicle services, project details, consultations, estimates, invoices and service updates. If you separately choose promotional texts, messages may include service offers, discounts and follow-up invitations.

Roxana is our automated assistant. She can gather vehicle and project details and answer basic shop questions. A member of our sales team provides pricing and confirms appointments. An automated conversation does not reserve an installation or create a binding estimate.

Your consent and message frequency

Marketing text consent is optional and is not required to request a quote or purchase a service. You may choose the messaging categories offered on the form. Message frequency depends on your inquiry and conversation. Our unanswered-inquiry follow-up can include one scheduled contact per day during the first week, followed by less frequent contacts during the next month; these contacts use a mix of email and text. Your replies, opt-outs and project status affect follow-up.

Your carrier may charge for sent or received messages and data. Check your plan with your wireless provider. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability; carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to our text message to unsubscribe from that SMS program. A confirmation may follow. To request help, reply HELP or contact info@imperialautolab.com or 561-200-1941. To restart after opting out, provide fresh consent through our sign-up process or contact the team for assistance.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not cancel an existing consultation, estimate, invoice or service agreement. Contact the team directly for changes to an existing project.

Quotes, offers and appointments

Our sales team prepares personalized estimates based on the vehicle, condition, coverage, finish and requested services. Pricing and appointment availability must be confirmed by the team. Payment requests are handled through our estimate and invoice portal. Review your written estimate and applicable service terms before accepting or paying.

Where a follow-up message offers a 10% or 20% booking discount, that offer applies to the service subtotal before tax, cannot be combined with another discount, and requires the 30% deposit within seven days of the offer. The team confirms eligibility and applies the offer to your written estimate. Separate advertised promotions follow their own stated terms.
